The last few months have been very quiet for us due to the worldwide Covid pandemic however we’re pleased to report that the couple of events we held up until mid-March were very successful.
As December 2019 was busy, January 2020 was rest month!
In February the Margherita Contest held in Peurto Morelos by JCF Mexico was great fun and raised $23,428mx which was divided between Puerto Morelos Cause 4 Paws and Riviera Rescue.
In mid-March JCF North Devon, UK held a sponsored charity race night which made a profit of over £2,000 for the team’s nominated charities of the year.
Due to the Covid pandemic all events planned for late March and April were cancelled or postponed.
May saw the end of year distribution of funds to the JCF North Devon nominated good causes with North Devon Animal Ambulance and Special Olympics North Devon each receiving £1,500.
A full round up of donations throughout the year will be listed at the AGM in July and we will then update our “Who We Have Helped” page with the amounts.
